On March 8th, architect Nguy\u1ec5n H\u00e0 was announced the winner of the Moira Gemmill Prize for Emerging Architecture 2024<\/strong>, awarded to the most promising architect under 45 worldwide. The award ceremony took place at the Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA) in Montreal, Canada. Nguy\u1ec5n H\u00e0 and her team at arb architects Vietnam triumphed over finalists from France, Lebanon, and Brazil.<\/p>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\r\n

About the Moira Gemmill Prize<\/strong>\r\nAwarded annually as part of the prestigious W Awards, the Moira Gemmill Prize recognizes outstanding architects under the age of 45 who are shaping the future of architecture through visionary and impactful practice. Founded by The Architectural Review<\/i>\u2014a British magazine with over a century of architectural discourse\u2014the prize honors innovation, resilience, and leadership in the field. Architect <\/strong>Nguy\u1ec5n H\u00e0\u00a0<\/strong>\r\nA graduate of ETH Zurich with international experience in Switzerland, France, and Morocco, Nguy\u1ec5n H\u00e0 returned to Vietnam in 2010 to co-found arb architects. She also explores light installations, notably in \u201cThe Night We Watch the Night\u201d<\/i> (2020) using natural Vietnamese materials.<\/h5>\r\n
