In 17th century Europe, where tulips were considered highly precious and extremely valuable, a new type of vase was invented by the craftsman of old – a special flower holder with multiple spouts to grow tulips indoor. Upon its creation, the tulipiere was quick to gain favors, so much so that it became a common object of ornament in the upper-class European households. Not only can it accomodate tulips, a variety of flowers can be put on display using the tulipiere, be it Easter lilies, hyacinths, or whatever that suits your taste.
