The collaboration between artist Phạm Kiều Phúc and Bát Tràng Museum Atelier (BTMA) offers a contemporary interpretation of the idea of origin, where memory is reimagined through the medium of ceramics. The Giao Chỉ collection comprises four ceramic works inspired by the distinctive Giao Chỉ foot, characterized by its outward-pointing big toe—a sculptural form that is both primal and thought-provoking.
The Giao Chỉ Vase takes on a minimalist form through two complementary versions representing the left and right foot, symbolizing Yin and Yang. The Giao Chỉ motif is transformed into a sculptural object, becoming a focal point within contemporary living spaces.
