Context & Challenge

In an era shaped by emerging technologies and increasing cross-cultural exchange—between tradition and modernity, East and West—creators face complex new challenges. To stay authentic while adapting, each individual must navigate unique internal landscapes and external conditions.

Key Insights from the Speakers

Vũ Khánh Tùng emphasized that true artistic creation begins from within. For him, the creative process is a deep listening to the self—an inward journey that eventually manifests into ideas and forms. His works aim to be timeless, preserving not just aesthetic beauty but enduring messages that transcend trends.

Hải Doãn, Creative Director and Co-founder of Fustic, shared that their team’s creative process is a synergy of personal identities and external stimuli—cultural context, technology, and group dynamics. Their guiding principle: stay grounded in practicality, solve real problems, and serve audiences meaningfully.

Nguyễn Văn Linh, Creative Director and Founder of 98s Media, introduced their creative standard: G.A.P.—Growth (trends), Authority (foundations), and Personal (individual essence). He further broke down the personal element with HAIL: Honesty, Authenticity, Integrity, and Love—core values that shape each creative output.

No Universal Formula

The discussion made clear: there is no one-size-fits-all approach to creativity. Every creator must learn, adapt, and evolve—drawing from within while engaging with the world outside. The “self” is the first point of awareness, the anchor in a fast-moving world. It constantly interacts with culture and society to produce limitless, borderless creativity.
