The private museum founded by the late People’s Artisan Vũ Thắng is officially named in its establishment license as Bảo tàng nghệ thuật Hồn Đất Việt Bát Tràng, with the English name Bat Trang Museum of Viet Soul Art and the abbreviated name Bát Tràng Museum. The museum requests that the name Bát Tràng Museum (not to be translated into Vietnamese) be used when referring to it.
