A Garden Awaiting for Spring
In a garden awaiting for spring to come somewhere, colors and fashion are being changed by the seasons, harmonzing traditions and modernity. The story of áo dài is painted with new vibrant hues every year, using creative innovations that are not just limited to needleworks. This year, the contemporary story has traditional ceramics come to the mix, bringing fresh new perspectives to the same old narrative, ones to pair with fashion and harmonise with the vibrance of life.
A Garden Of Memories
The marks that the late People’s Artisan Vũ Thắng left in his humble abode hold a great deal of memories. From the ceramic paintings, ceiling carvings and statues on the ancestral altar, to the various works succeeding the artisan from thereafter. Namely, they are the Dragon Monobloc, the Dragon Stool; and the ceramic totems – works of contemporaneity in a space rich with memories and history. These pieces of homage and innovations are, at the same time, unmistakably unique features of Bát Tràng Museum.
